Achilles Gatsonis

Research Assistant

Achilles Gatsonis is an MD-PhD student at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. His interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine, particularly in developing methods that bridge advanced computational techniques with clinical decision-making. Prior to beginning his medical training, he conducted graduate research at Brown University, focusing on machine learning approaches for biomedical signal analysis. His current work involves the implementation of a prototypical explainability framework for histopathology images to advance interpretable diagnostics.
